Hyatt Regency Chongming

This resort is the first international hotel to be opened in the gazetted nature reserve of Chongming Island. Socialight was engaged to pro- vide interior and exterior lighting design for the whole development. Light pollution was kept to a minimum with sparse facade lighting and low level illumination onto the landscape to ensure the preservation of the pristine night sky and minimal disturbance to wildlife.
